125 Year Anniversary Drillham State School - register to WIN!!
The Drillham State School P&C Association released an exciting Programme of Events for the upcoming 125th celebration, starting Friday 6 September through to late Saturday 7 September 2024. There is a lucky door prize up for grabs if you register online before 30 June, 2024. For catering purposes, the Drillham State School P & C encourages the community, friends, family, and past and present students and staff to register their interest online for free at https://www.trybooking.com/CRGWL Ticket purchases for the evening function on Saturday night will be available at a later date.
Friday night is a Welcome BBQ with a bar operating at the Drillham Hall where you can also secure $10 camping sites. The Official Day begins at 9am at the Drillham School Saturday 7 September, 2024, with bus tours of the district, market stalls, games, face painting, roll call, cake cutting, time capsule, and an exhibition of old paraphernalia. The tuckshop will be operating all day. Saturday evening, join family and friends in the Drillham State School's beautiful gardens. Ticket purchase will include a three course meal, while you have a crack at the auction and then dance the night away with rock band 'Back in Business'. A bar will be operating throughout the evening (card only).
A magazine will also be available for purchase and submissions are being taken now. If you would like to contribute a story please refer to attached memories proforma. All funds raised go towards the Drillham State School P and C Association's current endeavours to ensure a well-equipped and maintained school.
