Homework should take no more than 20 minutes per night. Drillham's Homework Centre runs Monday to Thursday 3pm to 3:45pm. All Drillham students are welcome to attend on a regular or ad hoc basis. Please contact the principal for more information.
Reading Rewards
To support student's reading, the school conducts a term by term reading challenge as part of student's homework. A nightly challenge of reading 7/10 minutes a night is set as well as reading for more than 40-60 minutes per week. Students who achieve one or both challenges are rewarded at the end of each term. Nightly reading also contributes to the annual Premier reading challenge.
